Body Tempering
Body tempering was made popular by Donnie Thompson, a well known powerlifter. Using heavy rolls of steel or other metals, we compress the tissue and work to achieve fascial stretching. Body tempering is seen as a complimentary tool for the strongman or powerlifting athlete. Body preparedness for heavy lifts is key. Use body tempering as part of your preparation.
