Functional Range Conditioning
Functional Range Conditioning is a new and refreshing view on mobility work. FRC places a major emphasis on joint health and longevity. A hallmark training method of FRC is called Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs). We know that movement has anti-inflammatory principles. FRC also teaches methods to improve active range of motion through controlled muscular contractions.
