I had the best experience here with Dr. Bird. I went in for some shin splint pain I was having while training for a marathon. He explained the mechanics of what was happening, showed me some movements and preventative exercises I can use, and then worked on the muscle and used KT tape at the end. I was blown away by his care and attentiveness – you can tell he really knows his stuff and loves what he does. Highly recommend going here, I know I’ll be back! -Annie D.
