I have had problems with my neck. It flared up and prevented me from doing certain exercises and movements. With the help of Dr.Bird and his strength trainer Nicole Crofts my neck has improved significantly! Also, I have been participating in the 10 week strength challenge offered with Nicole Crofts and I feel SO much stronger. She is great. She knows where to push you and how much. She listens to your needs and responds well and quickly. If something is bothering you she will make the necessary adjustments to avoid injury, and also help that function get better with alternative exercises. She listens, adjusts, and you improve! If you’re looking to get stronger I would recommend doing the 10 week challenge or making a session appointment with Nicole Crofts.
